 Wilson joined Parker & McMakin Law Group in January, 2013 after completing training as a U.S. Army Judge Advocate General. Prior to joining Parker & McMakin, Wilson was Special Counsel at BrownGreer, PLC where he worked in the financial claims compensation process that resulted from the BP Oil Spill of April, 2010. Wilson serves in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Major in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG) of the Virginia Army National Guard. Wilson is currently assigned to the 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 29th Infantry Division. Prior to Wilson’s appointment as a JAG Officer, he served as a U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer in the Virginia Army National Guard. Wilson is a Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) where he served as the Command Judge Advocate to the 6th Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, U.S. Army. Wilson is a graduate of the Field Artillery Officer Basic Course, the Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course, the Judge Advocate Officer Advance Course, the U.S. Army Airborne School, and the U.S. Army Air Assault School.
